- Anna Malmhake, CEO The Absolut Company (Pernod Ricard)
"The Savoir-Relier's ROI is exceptional and can be measured by the strong motivation, low team turnover and the retention of high potentials."

The method is based on the Savoir-Relier methodology and its many interactive activities and exercises around awareness, personal reflection, trust and sharing. It gives you a secure framework that frees you up and helps you let go to better understand the uncertainties and challenges we face on a daily basis. It is a laboratory where you can explore, test and evaluate the tools of tomorrow's leader.
Induced exchanges between participants are born new ideas and practices that will enrich your leadership and your ability to develop. The key is to enter this training with a learner posture and the humility necessary to grow. You must be prepared to face your uncertainties and anxieties to then rebuild your strength and resilience and thus transform yourself personally and professionally.
" I would like to stimulate my curiosity and discover other ways of thinking. "
