From Group to Trusty

We all have amazing people we met at certain moments of our lives. It could be at university, trip, school, business... We wish to keep connected and even develop the relationship but most of the time the group just drifts away.

The Hermes program is here to solidify the bonds. Thanks to our short but deep interactive activities, you get to connect to all members and build individual and collective trust.

Your group becomes a Trusty, a team where you can share and rely on each other like you have never experienced before.

Much more than talking

The activities we propose are fun and natural but not random. Based on a 15yo methodology called Savoir-Relier, our set of activities helps develop individual and interpersonal trust.

You will feel confident in sharing and being yourself inside your Trusty as well as welcoming others and learning from your differences.

You will feel whole and be part of the whole.

Practical real life advice

Once your Trusty is built, you will be able to share current personal and professional challenges and get nurtured by different points of view.

You will be able to get benevolent advice from your peers and make better decisions. 

I particularly enjoyed learning about the #SavoirRelier approach, which is based on the capacity to build quality and trustworthy relationships. In addition, I appreciated the challenging assignments such as writing a self-portrait and sharing personal questions in the conversation exercise.

It not only pushed me out of my comfort zone but also helped me improve my interpersonal skills.

About the instructor

Valérie Gauthier was educated in France and the United States, with a BS in Psychology, Masters in Modern Literature and English, a PhD in Comparative Literature and Stanford’s Graduate Business School’s Executive Program (EPSO).

Drawing from her expertise in linguistics and poetic translation as well as leadership and cross-cultural relationships, she has built relational communication and leadership development programs in schools and in companies under the concept of Savoir-Relier.

She has taught courses at NYU Stern and MIT Sloan. Elected best HEC Professor of the year, she received in 2001 the HEC Vernimmen award. In 2010 she was decorated as Knight of the National Order of the Legion of Honor and that same year was selected as Visionary by Fortune “Global Visionaries Forum”.
